Sunshine Hotel & Residences, located in the center of Pattaya's famous Soi 8 nightlife entertainment zone, is the ONLY hotel in this area that is tastefully blended with the natural landscaped tropical garden.

Sunshine Hotel & Residences Hotel Service was Excellent at reception or ron cleaning every where. Hotel room are not excellent but good. Location is near the beach but not near the centre beach or 2 km far striaght from walking street |

Sunshine Hotel & Residences You cannot ask for a better location than Sunshine Hotel. The staff are great,in particular the front desk ladies who are always smiling. Overall, another great stay, and will be returning once again this September. |
Sawadee is the best service out there. They respond very quickly, and always have your reservation completed accurately from start to finish in less than 24 hours. Will always use Sawadee. |

Yes it s far from Walking Street but I had no problem getting there on a Motorcycle Taxi for 30THB best way to travel get there fast. Soi 8 is hopping too. |

Sunshine Hotel & Residences This hotel is in Soi 8 Beach road , middle of everwhere. I took residence big nice room w Balcony. Many TV programs , good AC. Hot water 24/24. Everything was just great. Guest Friendly. Internet fast and cheap only for 11 USD for a week. That was my Best hotel in Pattaya I would recommend for all. Buffet Breakfast was so good and Various, Parking is also free and safe. |

Sunshine Hotel & Residences I FIRST BOOKED A STANDARD ROOM BUT I DIDNOT LIKE IT ONCE SAW.I REQUESTED AT RECEPTION FOR CHANGING ROOM..THEY IMMEDIATELY CHANGED INTO A SEA-VIEW ROOM WITH ADDITIONAL COST ,TOTAL 1800 BAHT WHICH WAS GREAT.EVERYTHING OK..VERY MUCH GIRL-FRIENDLY WITHOUT CHARGE.THIS HOTEL IS AMIDST BEER BARS..SO I THINK ITS GOOD FOR SINGLE TRAVELLERS OR BACHELORS.I AM AN INDIAN AND TREATED EQUALLY LIKE OTHERS.AWSOME BREAKFAST.HUGE VARIETY. reremember usually in thailand indians are not treated properly in many places....its OUR bad luck that some good indians are suffering for some bad indian s arrogant and unrespectful behaviour in various places. |

Sunshine Hotel & Residences Well located, nice value for money hotel. However, considering that I had done my bookings through sawadee.com on 15 December 2009, for a stay from 31 Jan- 04 Feb 2010 & requested for a Room preferably on a higher floor with a good view, the request was not granted. The Hotel has unfortunately seen better days. The rooms leave a lot to be desired - The linen is old, so are the Bath towels. The Blankets are worn out The Hotel needs maintenance desperately. The Silver Lining was the good Breakfast! |

Sunshine Hotel & Residences התארחנו שלוש זוגות ליומיים,מכיוון שלא היה להם חדרים סטנדרטיים כמו בהזמנה רצו לשדרג ליום אחד,לא הסכמנו בגלל הטילטולים המיותרים,אז שניים קיבלו סטנדרט וזוג שודרג,ההבדל משמעותי ושווה לשדרג (לא זוכר מה ההפרש) המיקום בלב הבלגן וקרוב לים למי שבא קצר זה מעולה,ההזמנה דרך האתר אמינה וזריזה היינו חוזרים שוב |
