Sunshine Hotel & Residences, located in the center of Pattaya's famous Soi 8 nightlife entertainment zone, is the ONLY hotel in this area that is tastefully blended with the natural landscaped tropical garden.

Moreover, all rooms in the new wing, Sunshine Residences, are equipped with radios and cassette players so guests can choose to listen to any song of their own.

Sunshine Hotel & Residences Well located, nice value for money hotel. However, considering that I had done my bookings through sawadee.com on 15 December 2009, for a stay from 31 Jan- 04 Feb 2010 & requested for a Room preferably on a higher floor with a good view, the request was not granted. The Hotel has unfortunately seen better days. The rooms leave a lot to be desired - The linen is old, so are the Bath towels. The Blankets are worn out The Hotel needs maintenance desperately. The Silver Lining was the good Breakfast! |

Sunshine Hotel & Residences התארחנו שלוש זוגות ליומיים,מכיוון שלא היה להם חדרים סטנדרטיים כמו בהזמנה רצו לשדרג ליום אחד,לא הסכמנו בגלל הטילטולים המיותרים,אז שניים קיבלו סטנדרט וזוג שודרג,ההבדל משמעותי ושווה לשדרג (לא זוכר מה ההפרש) המיקום בלב הבלגן וקרוב לים למי שבא קצר זה מעולה,ההזמנה דרך האתר אמינה וזריזה היינו חוזרים שוב |

Sunshine Hotel & Residences The hotel transfer us to another hotel by the same company under our agreement, because they said they re full when we arraived. The room is quite different from it shows on photo, old and small. And they said we could upgrade our room from stand to deluxe in another hotel, but actually they didn t give it to us. |

Sunshine Hotel & Residences Positive points: (Comments relate to deluxe seaview room only) Great location on Soi 8 for adult travellers. Loads of beer bars and agogo s. Probably not suited to families as there are a lot of bargirls coming and going and if you want to get to sleep before 2am, do not stay in this hotel as the boom boom bar music is still loud even on the 12th floor. I stayed in the Deluxe seaview room (number 2121) on the 12th floor which had a good seaview. However, room number 2127 I stayed in the previous year has the best view of all the rooms on the top floor as you can see out of two balconies as it is a corner room. Try to get this room if you can. On both visits to the hotel I found the aircon quite poor. After mentioning this, they sent a maintenance guy up with a bucket of water and a new fan. He was 5 mins on the roof and the AC was cold again. The room is large, has good TV channels and also has a safe. The Internet is not free but for 350Bt you can get 7 days of WiFi web access in your room. Breakfast is included and there is plenty to choose from at the buffet both hot and cold. Negative points: None really. This hotel is very good value for money right in the heart of the action. If anything could be improved I suppose the rooms could do with a fresh coat of paint but that is just nit picking. |
